Maison Fonfon
A lively, festive and inspiring spot, Maison Fonfon can be found at the Port of Fontvieille. The concept, focusing on Southern flavours, offers a Mediterranean cuisine where sharing is the order of the day. Opposite the prestigious yachts on the marina and at the foot of Monaco-Ville, the restaurant features décor by Cédric Capron and Franck Lebraly, a renowned artist who drew inspiration from cubist and surrealist motifs to create his sketches.

BeefBar Naro’s
A new iteration of the Beef Bar opened on July 1 in La Condamine. The Giraudi group has taken over from Mauro Colagreco, who had been responsible for the menu at Komo since the concept restaurant opened. Now, diners will be able to enjoy a BeefBar menu with Middle Eastern flavours thanks to Chef Nariné and her brand Naro’s.

Goodbye Stars’n’Bars, Hello Conscientiae
After three decades, the iconic American bar and restaurant closed its doors for the last time in January. It has now made way for a brand new concept called Conscientiae. With its green focus, it aims to be the first centre for environmental innovation in Monaco. The menu at Conscientiae will be created using local, seasonal produce. And after sampling the delicious, healthy fare, guests can head upstairs and discover a wellness area designed for gentle physical exercise to aid physical and mental recovery. Finally, there is the Conscientiae Members’ Club created by the owner Didier Rubiolo. The Club is a forum where members can come together with scientists and start-ups, to explore ways of improving our lives and caring for the environment. The venue is as spacious as ever, but now features an entirely redesigned layout and the sports-themed decor has been replaced by natural materials, including plants, light wood, and marble.

Serving generous food washed down with exceptional vintages, the institution has retained its core DNA in an elegant and sleek new decor. And as always, it’s all about the art. Beneath its arcades, the Monegasque institution continues to embody the convivial feel of traditional Parisian brasseries, blended with a dash of Mediterranean inspiration. And for delicious refreshments in a chic and cosy setting, Le Bar du Quai has a selection of cocktails, wines, and champagnes.

Muse
No, not one of the Greek goddesses, nor the British rock band, but rather the exclusive venue at the Méridien Beach Plaza! Muse is the luxury hotel’s new summer restaurant, with a new design and a new concept. Nestling beneath the pine trees and private beach, Muse is the ideal place to take a moment and savour the dolce vita.
