Absolutely everyone I encountered was smiling, generous, and personable. The wait staff, in particular, took the time to find out what you like to eat and drink and made suggestions for what you might find most satisfying on the menu. It goes a very long way to make you feel incredibly special and looked after. This service ethic, above all, was probably what made the biggest impression at an already exceptional resort.
