World-class amenities and pampering service options include a private chef, three golf courses and exclusive access to two luxury SUVs and two customized golf carts. Ostrow Brasserie + O’s Raw Bar

Miami’s first and only French kosher restaurant, chef and owner Olivia Ostrow’s namesake brasserie has added a traditional (and kosher) French raw bar with the help of Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Guests can order the Grand Plateau, served in a traditional seafood tower, which features a sample of every raw bar dish, accompanied by caviar and a warm baguette. A whimsical art wall highlights over 40 pieces from Ostrow’s personal collection.
